Talent Acquisition Assistant
- **(Contractual - 6 months)**
- MumbaiPosition Purpose and ObjectivesThe Talent Acquisition Assistant is a critical role in providing administration support for our Indian Talent Acquisition team. This role would be suitable for someone looking to develop their career in recruitment while gaining exposure to working for a high-tech, creative, global organization.Essential Job Functions & Main Duties & TasksResponsible for all Talent Acquisition administration duties including but not limited to:
- Participate in local-global TA projects from a sourcing / Mapping point of view.
- Maintaining and updating various TA analytics and share reports with the concerned teams
- Additional administrative tasks as required
- Assist the TA team in sourcing as and when required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required- At least 2 years experience in a Recruitment or Human Resources Administrative/Coordinator role
- Experience working with MNC would be preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and experience using an ATS
- Experienced user of LinkedIn
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized; ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and be able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Driven and pro-active
- Possess a high level of initiative
- Flexible and accepting of change
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Team-oriented
