**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for CEO.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation with utmost integrity.
- Plan and organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
- Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes as required.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
- Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Always maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Travel Readiness: Be flexible and open to occasional travel as required for key meetings or events.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Up to 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools
