**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients for business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and pitch suitable marketing and technology solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Handle negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
- Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to optimize the sales process.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.(Fresher can also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in media, marketing, or technology sales is a plus.
- Must have their personal Laptop.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
