Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales through a combination of prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. You'll develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present our products and services as the perfect solution.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Qualify leads to identify promising sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales quotas.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
