Job Description: Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales through a combination of prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. You'll develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present our products and services as the perfect solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and following up on inbound inquiries.

· Qualify leads to identify promising sales opportunities.

· Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

· Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales quotas.

· Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.

· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.

· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

· Any Graduation.
