Sambalpur, India MS INFINITY VENTURES Full time

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to handle both incoming and outgoing calls, follow-up with customers, maintain customer relationships, and support the dealership's sales and service teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to remind customers about vehicle service due dates.
- Book and confirm service appointments as per customer convenience.
- Handle inbound service inquiries and resolve basic customer queries.
- Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Maintain service records and update customer interaction logs in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Share information about service offers, AMC packages, and pickup-drop facilities.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the service manager promptly.
- Support the service team in customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good telephone etiquette and polite approach
- Basic knowledge of automotive servicing (preferred)
- Comfortable using MS Excel, CRM software
- Fluent in local language, Hindi and English

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service/tele calling (automobile service preferred)

**Salary**: As per industry norms + performance incentives upto 10K
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (or as per dealership policy)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
