
Customer Relationship Manager

The Sales Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience throughout the vehicle sales process. The role ensures timely communication, lead follow-ups, documentation support, and customer satisfaction from inquiry to delivery, ultimately driving customer retention and referral business for the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups through the Hyundai CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are assigned, followed up, and closed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records, test drive details, and booking information.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding quotations, finance options, and delivery schedules.
- Handle post-sale interactions, collect customer feedback, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and work towards continuous improvement.
- Prepare and share regular CRM performance reports with dealership management.
- Coordinate with Hyundai regional CRM teams for updates, campaigns, and training.
- Organize and support sales events, customer meets, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for every customer.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales or CRM operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership CRM software.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Fluency in English and local language preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
