
Guest Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Interaction**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Engage with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the guest’s satisfaction.
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
- **Reservation Management**:
- Manage reservation systems and ensure accurate booking information.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to accommodate guest preferences and special requests.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, private parties, and group bookings.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure all event details are handled smoothly.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:
- Collect and document guest feedback to help identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to implement enhancements based on guest feedback.
- **Communication**:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with both guests and restaurant staff.
- Relay important information between guests and the kitchen or service team as needed.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain and update guest records, including preferences and special requirements.
- Assist with reporting and analysing guest feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
