
Guest Relation Executive

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out of the restaurant, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or front desk operations is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software used in hospitality industry
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
