Position: Area Sales Executive
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales
- Strategically Identify, approach, and sign uPVC Door & Window fabricators in
order to grow Fenova’s window profile sales in the region
- Qualify the fabrication partners on the basis of their capacity, profile
requirement, machinery, etc. and appoint new fabrication partners in the
region
- Explain technical details and benefits of Fenova’s uPVC profiles over
competitor’s profiles to fabricators
- Represent Fenova in uPVC Door & Window trade expos, sales events
- Arrange conferences and sales events for architects, interior designers, and
builders
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop and manage a database of potential customers / sales pipeline
- Develop customer visit summary reports
- Document reports based on fabricator and customer suggestions for an idea
collection purpose
- Document market trends and R&D reports from a product development
standpoint
- Execution:
- Identify target customers and get the sales pipeline approved by
Management
- Reach out to target customers (uPVC window fabricators) and schedule visits
to their offices
- Strategically visit potential customers and sign them up as Fenova’s customers
- Establish connections with architects, builders and familiarize them about
Fenova’s presence in their cities through the fabricators/channel partners
Prospects:
- Incentives based on sales performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce, Business Administration,
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Local language, Hindi, English
- MS Office skills - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook (Used for reporting)
- Excellent solution selling skills
- Deep knowledge and experience of the product, as well as, PVC extrusion and
window fabrication in general
- Effective time management skills
- Should be able to travel
Salary
- Rs. 25,000 - 35000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus may be applicable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,518.81 - ₹35,000.00 per month
