Job Title: Area Sales Manager uPVC Windows & Doors.Location: Hyderabad.Experience: 4 to 5 years.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth for our uPVC windows and doors product line in the Hyderabad region.The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales management within the uPVC or related construction sector and a proven ability to build and manage successful sales teams.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and maximize market share in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve business goals.- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through lead generation, networking, and market analysis.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.- Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies proactively.- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of & Skills- 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in uPVC windows & doors or the building materials industry.- Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving results in a target-driven environment.- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.- Deep understanding of the Hyderabad market and customer needs.- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
