Title: Area Sales Manager uPVC Profiles.Location: Hyderabad, India.Experience: 4 to 5 Years.Industry: Building Materials / uPVC Profiles.Employment Type: Full-time.Job Summary.We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our uPVC Profiles product line in the Hyderabad region.The ideal candidate should have 45 years of relevant sales experience in the building materials industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage channel partners and drive revenue growth.Key Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.- Identify and onboard new dealers, fabricators, and channel partners for uPVC profiles.- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.- Conduct regular market visits to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.- Provide product training and technical support to channel partners and customers.- Coordinate with the internal teams (logistics, customer support, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.Key Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or related field is a plus.- 45 years of proven sales experience in uPVC profiles, building materials, or construction-related products.- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana market.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Preferred Strong dealer/fabricator network in the region.- Technical understanding of uPVC profiles and window/door systems.- Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
