As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, and manage sales transactions efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu choices. Answer any questions about our products and promotions.
- **Sales Transactions**: Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately. Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently.
- **Order Preparation**: Assist in preparing and serving beverages and food items according to the café’s standards. Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including seasonal specials and promotions. Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
- **Stocking and Inventory**: Replenish display shelves and service counters with fresh products. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for restocking needs.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain cleanliness of the counter, seating areas, and equipment. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other café staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Escalate issues to management when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a café, retail, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Appearance**: Presentable and well-groomed, following the café’s dress code.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that may require lifting or carrying light items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
