**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate sales by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Process sales transactions, prepare invoices, and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure proper display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness at the counter.
- Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely product dispatch.
