Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – VFS Channel

Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai (2 vacancies in each city)

Experience: Fresher or 1–2+ years preferred

Role Overview:

We are seeking Counter Sales Executives to manage sales operations at our VFS counters. This client-facing role is crucial in offering travel insurance to customers applying for visas and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers at VFS centres with travel insurance requirements.
  • Explain product details and help customers select suitable plans.
  • Process policies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with persuasive ability.
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-traffic environments.
  • Prior sales or counter-handling experience will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
