**About Role**
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
An inside sales professional will play a key role in in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, researching accounts, fixing appointments for detailed discussions and demos, working with marketing team, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
As part of daily routine, should upload and maintain up-to-date data into CRM tool to manage leads, track pipeline and forecast and to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
**Responsibilities**
- B2B lead generation and sales prospecting across USA & Europe regions.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- An Independent contributor, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable professional.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, good in probing with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience working with CRMs.
- Ability to handle, manage / engage / fix-up meetings with C-Suite executives.
- Good understand of organizational structures and decision-making processes.
- Engineering or Science Background preferred.

**Internship Compensation**
The compensation for the first 3 months shall be INR 5000 per month. Based on the performance, it shall be increased to INR 8000-10,000 per month for the final 3 months.
