- B2B and B2C’- Immigration Industry**_
**Job Overview**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Lead Management & Auditing**:
- Handle and track the full sales funnel from inquiry to conversion for both individual and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular audits of incoming leads to ensure quality, categorization, and optimal allocation.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively for tracking, follow-ups, and lead status updates.
**Client Counseling & Visa Consultation**:
- Guide clients through suitable visa options based on their profiles and aspirations.
- Provide detailed information on visa procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain a professional and ethical approach while addressing client queries and concerns.
**Sales Conversion & Target Achievement**:
- Consistently meet monthly sales and conversion targets set by the organization.
- Assist in optimizing sales strategies based on client feedback and conversion metrics.
**Business Development (B2B & B2C)**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through institutional tie-ups, channel partners, and walk-ins.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with agents, colleges, corporates, and individual clients.
- Represent the company at seminars, fairs, and industry events to promote services and generate leads.
**Sales Coordination & Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with marketing, Tele calling, and processing teams to ensure smooth handovers and client servicing.
- Act as a sales coordinator by bridging client expectations with internal service delivery.
- Monitor lead flow and recommend improvements to optimize sales operations.
**Reporting & Market Awareness**:
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and feedback to management.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, industry developments, and competitive offerings.
- Provide insights for marketing campaigns and product positioning based on market analysis.
- **Requirements of Skill Sets**:_
- Strong understanding of visa processes and immigration laws
- Knowledge of both B2B and B2C sales dynamics
- Proficiency in lead management tools and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive counseling and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to convert leads into successful business
- Skill in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proactive, result-oriented, and client-focused mindset
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct

Compensation Package:
