**The Opportunity**

We’re hiring a **B2B Sales Executive** who can take charge of onboarding, growing, and nurturing our travel agent and distributor network in Mumbai. You’ll be the face of our company for travel partners—building strong relationships, driving transactions on our B2B travel portal, and ensuring their experience with us is smooth, efficient, and rewarding.

**What You’ll Do**

Identify and onboard new travel agents and distributors to use our B2B travel platform (flights, hotels, holidays, etc.).

Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B partners through ongoing engagement, training, and support.

Conduct product walkthroughs and ensure agents understand and maximize platform features.

Act as the go-to point for resolving transactional queries and bridging agent needs with internal operations and support teams.

Drive consistent transaction volumes and meet/exceed assigned revenue targets.

Keep a close eye on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends to fine-tune your outreach strategy.

Collaborate cross-functionally with backend teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and top-tier agent experience.

**What You Bring**

A graduate degree in any discipline.

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or B2B distribution sectors.

Hands-on experience in managing a distribution channel or travel agent network is a strong plus.

**Key Skills**

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong sales instincts and a result-driven approach.

Comfortable with product demonstrations, negotiations, and conflict resolution.

Good understanding of the B2B travel ecosystem.

Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of MS Office and general computer proficiency.

Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and within a team.
