Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B Sales)
Location: Ahmedabad / Surat
Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Sales
Travel: Required (Field Sales Role)
Salary: INR 3.0 – 6.0 LPA plus incentives
About the Company
We are a growing organic waste management company, committed to sustainability through the collection, processing, and conversion of waste into compost and bio-manure.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire clients across industries, PSU, municipal corporations, GIDC, IT parks, residential societies, malls, hotels, and restaurants
- Identify and manage government tenders, including documentation and follow-ups
- Negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and ensure renewals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain CRM records
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industries and tenders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, goal-driven, and comfortable with travel
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
