Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad / Surat

Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Sales

Travel: Required (Field Sales Role)

Salary: INR 3.0 – 6.0 LPA plus incentives

About the Company

We are a growing organic waste management company, committed to sustainability through the collection, processing, and conversion of waste into compost and bio-manure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire clients across industries, PSU, municipal corporations, GIDC, IT parks, residential societies, malls, hotels, and restaurants
  • Identify and manage government tenders, including documentation and follow-ups
  • Negotiate contracts, manage client relationships, and ensure renewals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain CRM records
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industries and tenders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, goal-driven, and comfortable with travel
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
