**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **cold calls** to potential B2B clients (schools, colleges, and training centers) to promote educational products and services.
- Present and demonstrate solutions effectively to decision-makers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective **sales strategies**.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare **daily/weekly reports** for management review.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Participate in field visits, events, and promotional campaigns when required.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **B2B sales, cold calling, or inside sales** (preferably in the education or EdTech domain).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** in English and Hindi.
- Strong **presentation and persuasion** abilities.
- Good understanding of **sales cycles and client engagement**.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of **digital marketing and CRM tools**.
- Positive attitude, professional behavior, and problem-solving approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
