Sales & Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Experience : 5–7 years of experience (preferred Industrial, Manufacturing or Engineering Products - Sales & Marketing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial and B2B markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote company products.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market activities.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of industrial products and B2B sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
