Additionally, Starets Simplifications partners with Air Filter Industries Pvt Ltd, a leading name in air filtration supplies founded in 1989. A subsidiary of Aerochem Laboratories, we are based in Vadodara and connected to a legacy of manufacturing and supplying high-quality industrial products across multiple sectors. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sales Executive/Sales Executive located in Vadodara. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and providing excellent product and service knowledge during client interactions. Responsibilities include contributing to business growth, managing accounts, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will support marketing activities, maintain records of sales, and track regional or sector-specific opportunities to promote products and solutions effectively. Qualifications - BE/Diploma/Bsc Fresh or 2/3 years experience Industrial product sales - Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills - Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and account management - Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Knowledge of industrial, filtration, or HVAC product sales would be advantageous - Ability to work independently with a proactive and result-oriented attitude - Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field Equipment to handle: Air compressors/Air Dryer/ Plate Heat Exchanger
