**Role & responsibilities**
- **Deep Knowledge of Plywood/Laminates is compulsory**:

- Handle Architect,Dealers,Builders,Contractor etc.
- Expand Retails, distribution and direct dealer network.
- Extract sales and handle dealers across territory.
- Gathering Competition Data (price, promotion offers, new products etc.)
- Held day-to-day interactions with dealers and measured the results to ensure that the benefits of the process is understood and followed by all.
- Implement competitive strategies for generating sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of Area
- Developing an effective sales & marketing strategy for expansion within given territory/area.
