**Back Office Marketing Executive**

**Location: Vadodara, Gujarat**

We are hiring for a distributor of high-quality mechanical-electrical products, including Ballscrew Dust Proof, Linear Motor, Series Linear Guideway, Flexible Shaft Coupling, and more. With a reputation for excellence in the industry, we are looking for a dynamic Back Office Marketing executive to join a team in Vadodara.

As a Back Office Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing efforts by generating quotations, managing IndiaMart account, and responding to customer inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to marketing team's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate quotations for range of mechanical & Electrical products.
- Manage IndiaMart account, ensuring up-to-date product listings and information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to assist in marketing campaigns and some time field visit.
- Assist in maintaining an organized database of customer interactions and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- A bechlores degree in BBA, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other field
- Relavant work exprience of 0-3 years.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
