Guest Relation Executive

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests at the salon/spa.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins/outs, and address inquiries professionally.
- **Appointments & Scheduling**: Manage bookings efficiently via phone, online platforms, and in person.
- **Sales & Promotions**: Upsell services and products, inform clients about ongoing offers.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain client records, gather feedback, and ensure repeat business.
- **Billing & Payments**: Process invoices, handle transactions, and manage cash/card payments.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with stylists, therapists, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service, preferably in a salon/spa or hospitality industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-centric attitude.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with salon/spa management software, MS Office.
- **Personality**: Warm, professional, and well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
