**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for creating a positive first impression on guests as they enter the establishment. This role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with the wait staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1.Greeting Guests
2.Reservation Management
3.Keep track of reservations and manage the seating chart
4.Assist guests with making reservations, both in-person and over the phone
5.Maintain an organized and efficient reservation system

**Requirements**:
1.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3.Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
4.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
5.Knowledge of the restaurant layout, menu items, and daily specials.
6.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s in Marketing or hospitality management is preferred
