**Job Title**: Sales Representative/Executive
**Job Summary**: The sales representative is responsible for driving revenue by selling our services to customers, managing relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting the company’s offerings to close sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and identify new sales leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth after-sales service.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
