JOB TITLE : Banquet Sales Executive
**Job Summary**:
The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of banquet and event spaces. This includes identifying prospective clients, developing strong relationships, creating customized event proposals, and ensuring seamless execution of events in coordination with banquet operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- entify and target potential clients for banquet sales including weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Respond to banquet/event inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs for potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the banquet operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management
**Qualififcation**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banquet sales or hospitality sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
