We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and help drive business growth.
**Position Overview**: As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue. You will be responsible for selling our travel services, establishing strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service to ensure clients have the best travel experiences. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of the firm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- **Client Consultation**: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages, accommodations, and experiences to match their preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and offerings to effectively promote our services.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations, meetings, and sales pitches to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of booking travel services with our company.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Effectively negotiate prices and terms, closing sales to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Administrative Support**: Prepare and process client bookings, quotations, and necessary documentation accurately and on time.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with other team members, including tour operators and marketing staff, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track sales performance, monitor targets, and provide regular reports on sales activities to the management team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
