**You’ll be the face of SAFFROKOL in your market—building dealer relationships, winning contractor trust, and turning on-site demos into steady sales. If you love the hustle of fieldwork and the satisfaction of seeing your market grow because of your actions, this role is for you.**

SAFFROKOL is on the move. As one of India’s leading brands in tile adhesives and construction solutions, we're looking for driven field warriors to power our growth across Delhi NCR, Haryana & Punjab.

**Role Type**: Full-time | On-ground | Channel & Project Sales

**What You'll Do**
- Build and grow dealer/distributor networks
- Engage contractors and masons through demos & site meets
- Drive secondary sales and ensure visibility at counters
- Track market insights—pricing, schemes, and competitor activity
- Maintain beat plans, call reports, and CRM hygiene

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-4 years in building materials/FMCG preferred
- Strong field discipline & communication skills
- Two-wheeler and readiness for 80% field travel
- Passion for construction, adhesives, and making things stick
