We are expanding in **Haryana** and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courier services.
- Promote Courier Karo’s offerings, including special rates and solutions for e-commerce sellers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs in Haryana.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in logistics, courier, or e-commerce).
- **Bike is mandatory** for field visits and client meetings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
