
Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and promoting suitable products or services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales or business development (1-3 years for junior, 3-5+ years for senior roles).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
