Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team at Vortex Solar Energy Pvt Ltd. This role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and driving sales growth in solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Engage and educate customers about solar solutions and their benefits.
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Report daily/weekly sales activities to the sales department.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong phone etiquette and professional articulation
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good networking & interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Positive, team-player attitude
