Spiritual Chief Job Duties

Spiritual Chief typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Providing spiritual guidance to individuals who are seeking support in their faith journey
- Giving feedback to staff members on their performance, addressing issues as they arise
- Meeting regularly with clients to review progress and set goals for future sessions
- Providing support and encouragement to individuals who are struggling with personal issues
- Holding regular meetings with the staff or board of an organization to discuss the spiritual needs of the community
- Developing customized programs that address specific topics or issues that affect members of an organization or community
- Working with individuals or groups to help them address life challenges or changes through prayer or meditation
- Coordinating retreats and other spiritual events within an organization or community
- Offering spiritual support to individuals or groups involved in addiction recovery programs

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 8 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
