Job Description Chief Of Operations We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Administration & Facilities to join our team who is responsible for the overall administrative and facility operations & overseeing staff and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of the organization. This position will manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including but not limited to:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 9 years' experience in an admin & operations management role.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Responsibilities:

- Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the organization
- Maintain an inventory of oorganization supplies and equipment.
- Supervise administrative personnel and delegate tasks as needed.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations *Monitor and manage facility maintenance and repairs
- Manage the purchase and distribution of supplies and materials. *Oversee the development and implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure the organization meets all applicable regulations and standards

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560017, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
