Job Description: TEMPLE CHIEF

The Temple Chief is a highly responsible and influential position within a religious institution or temple is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, administrative skills, and a deep understanding of the temple's religious, spiritual & cultural traditions. The following job description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications for a Temple Chief with 10 years of experience:
Leadership and Management:
Provide visionary leadership to the temple community and staff.

Oversee and manage all temple operations, including budgeting, finance, and human resources.

Develop and implement strategic plans to fulfill the temple's mission and goals.

Coordinate and supervise temple events, festivals, and religious ceremonies.

Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages community engagement and growth.

Administration and Communication:
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the temple, including maintenance, security, and record-keeping.

Represent the temple in external meetings, conferences, and community events.

Collaborate with temple board members and committees to address governance matters.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a religious institution.

Deep knowledge and understanding of the temple's religious traditions, rituals, and cultural practices.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse community.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate temple activities and events.

Relevant theological or religious studies degree is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
