**Job Overview**

Lead marketing efforts at AiR Institute Of Realization, a global institute dedicated to helping people realize the truth. Full-Time position based in Bangalore with 51-200 employees. Senior role requiring 7-10 years of experience in marketing.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 7-10 years of experience in Traditional and Digital Marketing roles
- Proven track record in developing successful digital campaigns and ATL BTL activities
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies and digital marketing tools
- Experience in PR activities and managing online marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the institute's mission and offerings
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Lead and manage marketing initiatives including traditional and digital campaigns, ATL BTL activities, PR activities, SEO strategies
- Oversee online and offline marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and reach a global audience

**Hours of Working-** 10 Hrs

**Woff-** 1Weekly off, 6 days working

**Leaves-** 12 CL/Year
- No Public Holidays

**Salary-** Fixed salary with monthly performance based Incentives.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹105,994.28 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
