The Chief Sales Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and conducting sales training. Additionally, the officer will handle team management, drive sales targets, and ensure effective coordination between sales and marketing departments.QualificationsExperience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales ManagementProficiency in Training and Team ManagementExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in the food and beverage industry is a plusSalary12 LPA to 15 LPA
