Job Title: Chief of Spirituality

Work Schedule: 12 hours/day, 6 days a week

Location: (Temple ,HAL Old Airport Road)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spiritual Guidance: Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to devotees, helping them navigate life's challenges and deepen their spiritual practice.

2. Temple Rituals and Ceremonies: Oversee temple rituals, ceremonies, and daily worship services, ensuring their spiritual significance and authenticity.

3. Spiritual Discourses: Deliver inspiring spiritual discourses, lectures, and workshops, sharing the temple's spiritual message and promoting spiritual growth.

4. Community Building: Foster a sense of community among devotees, promoting unity, love, and mutual support.

5. Mentorship: Mentor and guide spiritual seekers, helping them develop their spiritual practice and realize their full potential.

6. Temple Administration: Collaborate with temple administrators to ensure the smooth operation of temple activities and services.

**Requirements**:
1. Spiritual Experience: Proven experience in spiritual leadership, teaching, or counseling, with a deep understanding of spiritual principles and practices.

2. Spiritual Qualities: Embodies the essence of spirituality, demonstrating compassion, empathy, wisdom, and humility.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and spiritual traditions.

4. Leadership Ability: Proven leadership ability, with experience in guiding and inspiring others on their spiritual journey.
