**Job Title**:Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Head of Product Development

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technology Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead and manage the technology team (engineering, data, and IT) to develop high-quality, scalable, and secure products and solutions.
- Oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure the technology infrastructure supports business growth and product innovation.
- Establish and enforce technology best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance protocols.

**Product Development**:

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to meet customer needs and market demands.
- Translate customer insights, business goals, and technical capabilities into innovative and actionable product features and designs.
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and development teams to prioritize, build, and deliver products that drive customer value.
- Continuously monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to guide product improvements and adjustments.
- Ensure product releases are on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s broader objectives.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership teams (marketing, sales, operations, and finance) to ensure product and technology strategies align with company goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility across product and engineering teams.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to understand user needs and ensure the product vision is well-executed.

**Team Development & Mentorship**:

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and product managers.
- Provide leadership, training, and career growth opportunities to team members.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Product Development in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Strong background in software development, product management, and technology architecture.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and executing complex product development initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of current technology trends, frameworks, and best practices in software engineering, cloud computing, and data science.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and product strategy.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with business acumen, understanding both technology and market demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in (SaaS, Fintech, EdTech, E-commerce, AI, etc.) [Preferable]
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related tech field.
