**Job Title: Bakery Chef**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recipe Development**:

- Develop and refine recipes for bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation.
- Experiment with ingredients, flavors, and techniques to create unique and signature products that appeal to our customers.
- **Production Management**:

- Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure freshness and quality of products.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and supervise production activities.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all baked goods produced in the bakery.
- Conduct regular inspections and tastings to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ingredient sourcing, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of food products.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of bakers, pastry chefs, and kitchen assistants, providing training, guidance, and feedback as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and excellence in execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Head Baker, with at least 5 years of experience in a bakery or pastry shop.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative flair and passion for innovation in baking and pastry arts.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Food safety certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,822.69 per month
