  • Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a bakery chef or bread baker, particularly with sourdough and other premium breads.
  • In-depth knowledge of bread fermentation, hydration, and baking techniques.
  • Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and tools.
  • Passion for artisan bread-making and willingness to innovate.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends if required.
