**Job Overview**:
As a Bakery Chef, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts. You will oversee all aspects of the baking process, from recipe development to presentation, and ensure the quality and consistency of bakery products.

**Experience**:5-10 years

**Location**: Navi Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:
**Recipe Development**: Develop and modify recipes for various baked goods, including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other desserts, while considering flavor, texture, and presentation.

**Baking**: Prepare and bake a range of bakery items, ensuring they meet quality standards in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.

**Ingredient Management**: Manage inventory and order bakery ingredients and supplies as needed. Monitor ingredient freshness and quality.

**Production**: Oversee the production process, including mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing, and baking, while adhering to established recipes and procedures.

**Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all bakery products. Conduct regular quality checks and adjustments as necessary.

**Menu Planning**: Collaborate with management to create and update bakery menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

**Presentation**: Decorate and present baked goods and pastries attractively, ensuring they are visually appealing.

**Hygiene and Safety**: Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and clean baking equipment, ovens, and tools regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.

**Team Management**: If applicable, supervise and train bakery staff, including bakers and assistants, and delegate tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a bakery or similar establishment.
- Culinary degree or diploma in pastry arts or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, including mixing, proofing, and baking.
- Familiarity with different types of flours, sugars, and other baking ingredients.
- Creative skills in recipe development and decorating.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and baking processes.
- Time management skills to meet production schedules.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
