**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of bagels, breads, pastries, and seasonal items with consistency and quality.
- Develop and test new recipes to expand the bakery's offerings, including special holiday items like our popular Christmas hampers.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior bakers and kitchen assistants.
- Manage ingredient inventory, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages or excess.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan seasonal menus, promotions, and specialty items.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and food safety standards.
- Creativity and passion for developing unique baked goods.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
