**Role Overview**:
A **Bakery Chef** is responsible for preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. The role involves recipe development, managing baking processes, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining kitchen safety standards. The Bakery Chef will also work closely with the kitchen team to meet customer demands and maintain product freshness.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Preparation and Baking**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of baked products.
- **Recipe Development**:

- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to expand the bakery's product offerings.
- Experiment with new flavors, ingredients, and techniques to create unique baked items.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Manage daily production schedules to ensure timely preparation of baked goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the bakery area.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products to ensure standards are met.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the baking process and adjust as needed.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order ingredients and maintain cost control.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Supervise and train junior bakers or kitchen assistants in baking techniques and safety standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to fulfill orders and meet customer demands.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Follow and enforce hygiene practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Culinary degree or formal training in baking and pastry arts preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a bakery chef or baker in a professional kitchen.
- Proven experience in preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creative skills to develop new recipes and decorative techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
