**Job description**
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify new sales opportunities through market research and outreach efforts.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and match them with our services.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in our sales process.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM.
Proven sales experience, particularly in the writing or education industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
