**Position Title**: Operations Executive
**Location**: Yelahanka New Town

**Role Overview**:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring efficient logistics, seamless service coordination, and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes managing pick-up and drop labels, overseeing dispatch schedules, and providing timely updates to customers and teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Management**:

- Organize and manage pick-up and drop labels for product shipments.
- Ensure timely dispatches to customers and partners.
- Coordinate scheduled pick-ups to meet delivery deadlines.
- **Service Coordination**:

- Work closely with the service department to handle service-related pick-ups and returns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of products under service.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Provide regular updates on shipment and service request statuses to internal teams and customers.
- Communicate cost details (if applicable) for pick-ups, deliveries, or services promptly.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Monitor and enhance dispatch and delivery processes for operational efficiency.
- Keep precise records of logistics and service-related activities.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address operational delays or issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the point of contact for logístical concerns and service escalations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in logistics, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with logistics and operations management tools/software.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.

This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
