**Operations Executive Job Profile for Wzatco Projectors Company**

**Position Title**: Operations Executive

**Location**: Yelahanka New Town.

**Role Overview**:
The Operations Executive will oversee the smooth functioning of logistics, service coordination, and customer communication to ensure seamless operations. This includes arranging pick-up and drop labels, managing dispatch schedules, and maintaining proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Management**:

- Arrange and manage pick-up and drop labels for product shipments.
- Ensure timely dispatch of regular drops to customers and partners.
- Coordinate scheduled pick-ups in alignment with delivery timelines.
- **Service Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the service department to manage service-related pick-ups and returns.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of products under service.
- **Customer Updates**:

- Provide regular status updates to internal teams and external customers regarding the progress of shipments and service requests.
- Communicate cost details (if applicable) for pick-ups, deliveries, or services to customers promptly.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Monitor and improve dispatch and delivery processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics and service-related activities.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve operational delays or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for logístical concerns and service escalations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in logistics, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using logistics and operations management tools/software.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

This role is critical in ensuring that the company’s operations run smoothly and that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
