Operation Executive - You will be the middleman between the upper level and lower level. Follows the order of the upper level to make the work done from the lower level.

Handling team, Co Ordinating, Monitoring Accounts, You need to make sure that each every member of respective team is doing their duties. Supervise the work of employees, provide feedback, counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Handling escalations by coordinating with the vendors and operations team to provide the solution to the customers.

Handling customers, ensuring cargo pickups and deliveries happen on time, updating the customers time to time the status of parcels & maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resolutions.

Accomplishes customer service, human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, disciplining employees, Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring.

Appointing Franchises & Network development.

The goal will be to ensure the tasks are completed, The ability to maintain calm under pressure, Efficiency and organisational skills.

Excellent verbal, written communication skills, Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interactions.

A thorough knowledge of the product or service the company, Administrative skills, HR, Payrolls & handling Escalations.

Develop goals, objectives that tend to growth & prosperity. Design, implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.

Person who is dedicated and committed to work.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
