As a Growth Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth initiatives. This hands-on position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Growth in various business sectors.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' target audience, competitors, market trends, and user behavior to define effective digital growth strategies.
- Develop and brainstorm growth experiment strategies and tactics.
- Continuously measure and optimize all tactics to meet and exceed growth goals.
- Identify, develop & optimize growth channels and growth loops to drive user growth on The Job Overflow.
- Track marketing performance and proportion of impact to scale things
**Requirements**:
- Must have completed or Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to **conduct market research and identify business opportunities.**:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, Fluency in English, Methodical and analytical thinking.
